Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@ozbath.com.au. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.


Delayed Orders:

You should receive your order within 4-10 working days (Monday - Friday). If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, don’t worry - delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, holidays, weather, or other circumstances. We kindly ask you to allow an additional 3 working days (Monday - Friday) before reaching out. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us at info@ozbath.com.au, and we will investigate the issue.

In any case of you receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please take a photo of the problem and contact us at info@ozbath.com.au. We will sort the issue out and make sure you get what you ordered and without issue.
