I ordered multiple products and only some arrived!

We do our best to ship all products in one shipment. However, since some of our products are stored in different locations it's sometimes easiest to send them out separately.

You'll notice that different products have different tracking numbers in your email, and you can use these to keep track of each order individually.

Store & Operations

Where are you based?

We are an online-only store at the moment, and don't have a physical location.

For operations, our HQ is Level 1/457-459 Elizabeth St, Surry Hills NSW 2010

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment including credit card, PayPal and Afterpay.

What's your return policy?

We have a 14 day return policy which covers you if your product arrives not as described, broken, or if it never arrives. Refunds do not apply after 14 days has passed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.
