Shipping & Delivery

I ordered multiple products and only some arrived!

We do our best to ship all products in one shipment. However, since some of our products are stored in different locations it's sometimes easiest to send them out separately.

You'll notice that different products have different tracking numbers in your email, and you can use these to keep track of each order individually.

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Shipping is absolutely FREE for all orders, and takes an estimated total of 5-10 business days to arrive. Please refer to our Shipping Information for additional information.

What's your return policy?

We have a 14 day return policy which covers you if your product arrives not as described, broken, or if it never arrives. Refunds do not apply after 14 days has passed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.
